The Wenger heritage goes back to 1893 when, at Courtetelle in the Delémont valley, the second industrial cutlery manufacturer of Switzerland, Paul Boechat & Cie – and the future Wenger – received a contract from the Swiss Army to produce knives. In 1895, a group of entrepreneurs from Delémont bought Boechat and built a new plant at Courtetelle the rest, as they say, is history.

Wenger is proud to stand by the quality craftsmanship of our Luggage and Travel Bags with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Every Wenger bag is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. If such a defect occurs, upon presentation of proof of purchase, we will repair or replace, at our option, your product without charge. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by a common carrier, loss of use or consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs attempted by unauthorized persons. If a common carrier damages your product, contact them immediately to file a claim. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
